Refund Policy

We offer a flexible 60-day return eligibility window that officially starts on the day customers receive their delivered packages. Within this full 60-day period, you can submit a return application if you are unsatisfied with the size, wearing experience or overall product performance of your purchased socks. To successfully qualify for full refund processing, all returned items must comply with strict return standards: the socks must remain unworn, unwashed, free of sweat stains, dirt, scratches and artificial damage, and all original packaging, labels and accessory parts that come with the products need to be completely preserved without loss or damage.

After our warehouse team receives your returned parcels, we will conduct a comprehensive integrity and condition inspection of all goods. Once the inspection confirms that all returned products meet the return requirements, we will initiate the full refund procedure within 5 to 10 business days. All refund funds will be transferred in USD currency via your original payment account channel, and the arrival time of the refund may slightly fluctuate depending on the settlement speed of different payment platforms.

We clearly define ineligible return situations for uniform judgment standards. Products with obvious wear traces, artificially damaged fabrics, self-modified structures, items stained by long-term use, and products damaged by improper personal storage or cleaning cannot enjoy return and refund services. All clearance discounted goods are non-refundable unless obvious manufacturing defects exist on the products themselves. Our store reserves the legal right to reject any return requests that do not conform to the above return rules, and we will inform customers of the specific rejection reasons in a timely manner.
